Broiled Tabil Seasoned Mini Beef Patties for the week sits in the Beef section of Regbie. The card serves 4 servings. Plan on 26 minutes from the first measure to the plate. The amounts and the method are both written on this page.
Ingredients
Yield: 4 servings
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 pound ground meat, the cook used grass fed beef
- 3 large shallots, finely chopped or chopped in a food processor
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Tabil seasoning
- ⅔ tablespoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt
Method
Warm your broiler and make sure the top rack is about 5 inches from the heating element. Next, line a baking sheet with heavy duty aluminum foil and grease well with coconut oil (or just line with parchment paper).
Set the ground meat in a medium sized bowl. Blitz the shallots in your food processor. Tip in the shallots, minced garlic, Tabil seasoning, and salt to the ground meat. Use your hands to mix everything well.
Form the meat into patties, making sure they’re less than an inch thick. Set the patties on the baking sheet.
Stick the pan of patties in the broiler. Broil on one side for 4 minutes, then flip over and broil for another 2 minutes or cooked through. It might make your kitchen smoke up, so keep your windows open! Plate the patties with some roasted veggies and a dollop of lebneh.
