Welcome to the Nom Nom Paleo Monthly Cooking Challenge—a fun, approachable way to get cooking, try new flavors, and connect with a community of home cooks. Each month we spotlight a small selection of recipes so you can jump into the kitchen with confidence and share your results.
Every month, we feature three delicious recipes. Choose one, prepare it at home, photograph your finished dish, and submit the photo for a chance to win. It’s a simple, joyful way to explore new recipes—and you probably would have cooked one of these anyway!
How to participate!
Choose ONE of these recipes to cook:
- Mojo Chicken
- Korean Cucumber Salad
- Matcha Lemonade
Take a picture of the finished dish and email it!
When your dish is plated and ready, take a clear photo that shows the finished presentation. Natural light and a simple background help your food look its best. Email your photo to [email protected] with the name of the recipe as the subject line. Submissions must be received by 11:59 pm PT on August 31, 2026.
Wait to see if you win!
After the deadline, we will review submissions and select one winner the following week. The winner will be contacted by email and will receive a $100 Amazon gift certificate as the prize. We’ll announce the winner to celebrate the winning photo and share it with the community.
